Hi,
I’m a new developer trying to figure out server
communication. Last month I’ve created an account
and uploaded some php scripts. it was working
fine but today I’ve logged in and found that they are all deleted
from my webhost (please fix me if “webhost” is not the correct name for
the server that I put my php files in). when I click "upload files now"
in my file manager it directs me to my homepage where I can manage my website
and webhost, i.e I can’t upload new files. When I try to directly enter the url it gives me the error:
"You don’t have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."
I’ve read that error 403 is frequently thrown here, but here it presents it only as ADDITION to the main “no access permission” error.
why were my files suddenly deleted?
I have no actual website because I don’t need one, is it possible that
my files were deleted automatically because I didn’t create one?
