An internal error occurred. I can not create a new web page

Hi.
I need to create a page with urgency, but when I go to the “Create A Website” option and click on Create I always get a message saying that “an internal error has occurred”. It is always the same message. I already have three accounts created and I have tried in several browsers and the same error appears in all of them.
I need help! What can I do in this case?

I can’t create website it is showing internal error and developer are looking at them ,
