But in this other website does not appear to be soprotado ASP.net.

Which is correct?

Ahh, so I should have it if I upgrade to premium then?

I was planning on upgrading once I got the site going but need to be able to test the ASP

You can ask on hosting24, I do not work with them so I do not know, however from what I found I am pretty sure they choose not to also.
