Backup your databases via phpMyAdmin

Hi,
I’m a total rocky on this. Due to the control panel upgrade, the instructions say you should
5- Backup database to your computer via PHPMYADMIN

I’ve been able to create the database but I can’t figure out how to download it to my computer in order to upload it to the new control panel.

I’ve searched everywhere, watched the tutorials, but they’re all for the new control panel.

Select your database and hit export :slight_smile:

Then go! :smiley:

If you don’t have database/use database then you don’t need to make one to back it up.

But after the database name it shows (0) so I can’t go as far as this window that you’re showing.

Besides, when I hit export it just says “No tables found in database.”

You only need to backup database if you used it for anything.
Like I used database because I ran WordPress but if you just have hosting you don’t need to backup database.
