Bad Request Error on enabling https connection

Hi there!
Some of my pages on 000webhost aren’t loading and instead throwing a “BAD REQUEST” error when I try to log in with correct keywords through my purchased domain. I have tried so many times. I visit my website at [(http://)heavenlypheonix(.)000webhostapp(.)com] and you will find the form at [(https://)heavenlypheonix(.)000webhostapp(.)com/adminpanel/adminentry(.)html]
------ The url have their dots in (brackets) because I am being alerted that I can only give one url even though I was explicitly asked by the must read post on forum for multiple links.-----------
.
I’ve so far tried to disable orange cloud on cloudflare and tinkering with that and disabling the https connections seems to resolve the issue of loging in but creates another problem in the form of that “Not secure” warning in the browser.
I have searched for the issue on the form and it mostly took me to this one answer that was similar but there someone in-charge took care of it. I also tried waiting in case it was a temporary error and would resolve on its own overtime.

But to no avail those pages still are not working - see the attached screenshot I’ve uploaded via IMGUR to show you what I see:

Thanks to any replies! Much appreciated.

Currently disabling cloudflare all together will resolve this issue or you can try settings and disabling don’t track me within your browser

Ensuring that the setting is off and not enabled allowed me to load the form

I don’t understand, sir. I can not just go and disable it for any person who tries to use my site. Plus I want https connection that’s why I used cloudflare.
I really want for the site to be workable without changing default browser settings of any browser and showing people a secure https connection ! Otherwise my money to purchase a domain would go to waste!

Currently to get around that request error you need to disable cloudflare entirely or disable do not track to see if this resolves.
our developers are aware of this request error that has appeared for very few users and are working on the information they have been given so far to try to resolve it but there is no time scale for this.

Thanks for the reply.
I am a new developer. So I would also like to know what sort of time frame I might be looking at.Days, Weeks or Months?

Literally unable to give a timeline sorry
