This is crap. Sorry for the language, but I have wordpress sites on other hosts with no problems. I decided to give you another chance before leaving you permanently and telling everyone I know to avoid your hosting like the plague.

How did you managed to access your website? Your DB credentials appear to be incorrect

Have you recently parked or pointed a custom domain? If so, you need to change the site URL and home URL in Wordpress settings to the new domain. That fixed it for another user.
