Today, my site was blocked for abuse… “Your website xy was reported by 3rd party abuse detection system - SiftScience.”
What the… What abuse? For hosting my OWN created addon files, for a videogame?
How can i restore it?

We are not a file hosting platform.
If you need file hosting, either upgrade to a paid plan
Buy a VPS
Or find a file hosting provider between thousands of companies.
I have unsuspended your website, you have 24 hours to remove that content, else you will be suspended again 
Since when this change happened? In the last few years it wasn’t problem…
If i switch to paid service, then you’ll leave my file downloads work as before?

You just have to contact hostinger when you purchase your paid plan, and they will move everything for you
Still can’t reach the site via FTP connection. Server, user, pass is ok, yet “authentication error”.

The FTP works fine for your website. The credentials are these:
• host: files.000webhost.com
• username: dmtqhm
• password: your website password
• protocol: Plain FTP
If you have troubles logging in, please go to 000webhost cPanel > Settings > General > Change password and try again with the new chosen password.
