I have tried creating 3 different blank websites and installing wordpress on them and I can’t get any of them to show the website home page or the wp-admin page. Please help me. I have tried to create a new wordpress site multiple times and with 2 different 000webhost accounts. None of them worked. Here is the current site I am trying to get to work and the site won’t come up. It gives " took too long to respond" errors. Even though the Website Status says Running.

Please wait for 2 hours as this might have to do with rate limiting 
This is a site that was made and wordpress installed and as soon as configuration button is pressed it gives this error. I don’t believe it is because of a limit.
