Call to undefined function password_hash()

After installing CMSMS 2.2.7, I have my login error. I am sure I entered the correct password on the login.php page

Fatal error: Call to undefined function CMSMS\password_hash() in /home/xxxxxxx/public_html/lib/classes/internal/class.LoginOperations.php on line 123

As it says there is an undefined function, see the documentation for the script and the requirements for it.
PHP version can be changed via settings on our panel.
