You can only delete your existing site and make a new site.
Don’t worry too much about the free 000webhostapp URL, this can change at any time for learners it may become something else in the future like example.000webhost.app or example.000webhosting.free.
You can park a custom domain like Example.com and own that domain for life and have control over it, I would not advise using 000webhostapp URL for something important it is intended for learners to get a quick web address to get online and start learning.
