Can i change the URL of 000webhost site to any other domain? if i change the nameserver it will only redirect me to my 000webhost site. So is there any way i can change the complete URl.
Yes, go to the admin area of your wordpress and hit links (i think) then update the links there.
if i change url from there my site will not be accessible. i tried this last time and it wasnt successful. Or i was doing it wrong way.
Then login to your database then hit wp-options table and change the links there
