@kellyug 000webhost does not support A records. Please remove all A/AAAA records from Cloudflare DNS zone editor and make sure you have only the CNAME ones:

@ -> scansorial-strip.000webhostapp.com
www -> scansorial-strip.000webhostapp.com

Yes it is active, it became active like 2 weeks ago
But i had paused it due to failure to access my site
