Can’t Acess FTP (filezilla) of files.000webhost.com or File Manager (web)

Hi, I can not access sites through ftp (filezilla, mc) or file manager.
My sites:
nikigame.000webhostapp. com (without spaces)
nikiclub.000webhostapp. com (without spaces)
“Repair my Website” did not help.
Renew ftp password did not help.
