Canceling website name change

hello,

i tried to preform a change to my website name from the WordPress menu and i would like to cancel it i can’t access my website anymore and the wordpress menu, my site is alextest1234.000webhostapp and it was changed to hental12, and each time i try to connect i get

http://alextest1234.000webhostapp.com/wp-admin/hental12.co.il/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2Falextest1234.000webhostapp.com%2Fwp-admin%2F&reauth=1

Please login to your database and hit wp-options table, and change the url there.

i tried to enter from the https://files.000webhost.com/ but the site is just loading and doesnt go anywhere, am i approaching this in the right way?
