Cannot access files in file manager or view my website

I had been using this service for s couple months. No problem until now. I can get into cpanel up to file manager. Upon entry I get, net::ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED. When I try going into my website through a browser it says server not found. My website is at https://wcscanhelp.000webhostapp.com/index1.html

It was running for two months until my problems recently. Can anyone offer any tip or advice? I have no access to support.

Can you try a proxy or VPN to see if something is blocking you locally
