I tried to reset password several times. It said the password has been updated. But when I login, it still says "Log in details are not correct". Is anyone having the same problem?
I just reset and logged in successfully are you able to try another browser and copy and paste the username from a file to see if that clears it up?
@anh There was an issue with password resets for accounts that were moved from the old control panel to the new one. This issue is now resolved, you can try resetting your password again.
