Hello my friends, I’m trying to connect to FTP but I’m not being able to. I’m using correct username, host and password, but I always receive the message below. Does anyone know whats the problem? My username is juandesouza.
The FTP was working fine til 3 months ago… Now it does not work.

hey, did you use correct username and password? if you still face problem then reset your FTP password. you change password From “Settings – General --Change FTP password”.
The login and password were ok. I solved the problem changing the type of encryption to “Only use plain FTP (insecure)”. I have no idea why it only works with this option… By the way, I just checked that this instruction about changing the type of encryption is in the tutorial Ausbel just posted. thanks everybody for your help.
