on 000webhost.com when i try to sign up, it says ‘Captcha was not solved correctly’, the problem is that i can’t see the captcha in the page at all.

Google provides the captcha.
Change browser or clear your cache.
i tried both, still doesn’t show up
Not sure then it will be a local issue to you if the captcha doesn’t load.
Try incognito mode on Chrome
What browser you’re using??
Enable java in you browser and then try again!!!
