Hi, I can’t access my account (everytime I try to access my account the login tells there’s no such user) and my website is down, it’s almost 2 weeks (I think). I need to backup my website data. It’s pcomputers.ml, I can’t remember the original URL from 000webhost.

If you didn’t login in the last three months likely your site and email have been deleted for inactivity

Can I still request to backup my site?

If it has been deleted then no we don’t keep backups

Try signing up and parking your custom domain and if it works that confirms deletion
