Website is working after sleep, but can’t access the cpanel, shows information that the website is still sleeping/inactive.

Yes, I just wan’t the FTP to work. And can’t access the cpanel to re-configure it. Or settings to configure the sleep hour. It’s in sleep mode now. Ends in 30 min. Will see if I can access it after.
The same. Sleep is over, site is working, but can’t enter the cpanel or settings. Status is still “Inactive”.
