Can't access the FTP server via FTP client

Hello. Recently I discovered that it’s possible to use Windows File Explorer as an FTP client.
In order to use this as an FTP client, I must provide in the folder path the “ftp://XXX” address.
When I try to enter “ftp://files.000webhost.com”, I get:

Notes:

  • I successfully used the Windows File Explorer as an FTP client when I had used the old panel.
  • I verified my phone number in my 000webhost account.

If you just enter ftp://files.000webhost.com, you will be connected anonymously. You cannot upload or download when you connect anonymously, so be sure to use ftp://username@files.000webhost.com so you are prompted to input a password. Replace username with your website name.
