Can't acess my website File Manager nor connect through FTP

Hello everyone. For the last couple of days I haven’t been able to connect to the File Manager of my 000webhost site, nor connect through FTP. I got disconnected while uploading some files, and from that moment on every time I try to connect I get stuck in the File Manager’s Redirect screen till connection times out.

While trying to connect through FTP with FileZilla, I get the same result, with a message saying the connection took too long.

I created a second account with a different email address, started a new site from scratch, and still have the same problem. I even tried to access the File Manager from my cellphone (I thought maybe my IP was blocked from the site), but the same thing happens. I also disabled my Firewall.

I tried both Repairing and Restarting the site, to no avail.

i seem to be having the same issue, uploaded my site and now when i try to ftp back in to edit the config the ftp connection just times out.

It works fine on my end. Can you try using a VPN while connecting?
