Can't connect file manager and ftp

Sorry for my English so bad,

I have problem, I can’t open file manager, can not connect on the ftp software.
My login and password is correct but says error timeout. (fileZilla).

• can’t make update my WP site (504 getway)
• can’t open file manager (https://files.000webhost.com/)
• can’t open using FilleZilla.

my site is: dagounlocker.000webhostapp.com
