Can't Connect to server on laptop browser

My website opens fine when accessing through my phone browser. But as soon as I try to open the website on my laptop browser I get this error that site can’t be reached.

PS: Checked both on Chrome and Safari but received the same error.

Try using alternative DNS or proxy or VPN as it indicates a local issue

Ohh can you please explain how can I do that. Is there any changes that I’ll need to do on the website?
