Can't connect to the file manager

Hi, I’m having trouble trying to connect to the file manager, can you help?

What errors do you get?

This site can’t be reached
files.000webhost.com took too long to respond.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

What if you directly access the link?

that’s the error. I’m trying to use the web file manager.

Hi what operating system are you using currently?

Windows 10.
It was working last week, suddenly it started giving me this message.

Would you be able to change your DNS and clear your DNS cache to see if this resolves the issue?

I tried these specs and even used another browser to test, It didn’t work.

Have you attempted to use any FTP software?

Yes, filezilla, and it says:
Connecting to 145.14.144.98:21…
Error: Conection expired after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Impossible to connect to the server

Have you any firewall/antivirus software running we could disable to see if that allows connection?

Windows defender.
I just put it down, and it still doesn’t work.

This is the URL that shows up when I try:

Private Link

Previous users experiencing 504 Timeout / Too long to respond errors have successfully resolved their issue by obtaining a new IP address by means of resetting their home router. (Off/unplug for 1 minute - and plug back in - providing your ISP works with dynamic IP addresses)

Else they have got around the issue with use of a proxy or VPN until their home internet resolved.

If you have a mobile device with 3/4G connection and disconnected from WiFi does it work?

Alright, I’ll try that. thanks

After trying other two computers and calling the internet service provider, I see that it’s not an issue with my system. The problem is with 000webhost, is there something you guys can do?

We’re working on a fix
