Cant install FreshRSS need help

Hello

I am trying to install FreshRSS
http://doc.freshrss.org/en/users/07_Frequently_Asked_Questions/

but I am unable to. I should be able to point to the FreshRSS in my browser and the installation instructions should come, but somehow nothing is happening. Can someone please help?

Please lower your PHP version and try again: 000webhost cPanel > Settings > General > Change PHP version > 5.6
