Maybe I forgot my login in info, but I’m getting, “account doesn’t exist”. And when I do password reset, I get the same thing. But website is still working.
If you get “account doesn’t exist” when resetting password, it means that you’re using the wrong email.
but how do I find out which one is correct…I have a dozen emails. Is there another identifying feature? I have a username for FTP.
I migrated from their old system to their new system in May, and I haven’t need to login in until today.

There does not seem to be any record of that. Is that the site URL as well? Like, a6832226.000webhostapp.com? Or is there another?
I also have a3630767 as an ftp. The confusion is when I migrated…everything changed…I must not have updated my notes.
