Cant login to file manager login incorrect

I had put wrong codes to .htaccess then that cause rewrite to subfolder continuously on every pages.
I think to fix it i must access my file manager / FTP.
BUT, i cant login into file manager. Information login is incorrect. Why i can login into dashboard but i cant login into file manager ?. Help me.

Login into your 000web host account and open a new tab and login into the file manager in another tab

If the above doesn’t work, you should go into your 000web host account and click on the repair button in your account, then try logging into the file manager

If all that doesn’t work, let us know?
