Hi there!
My website on 000webhost isn’t loading at all, I visit my website at www.robintawwater.com but the page just says “coming soon”.
I downloaded Filezilla. I drag-and-dropped the public_html file into an empty folder I created on my desktop called THIS IS MY WEBSITE BACKUP FILE. When I double-click on that file, it shows the public_html folder. I double-click on that, and it shows .htaccess. It then asks me which program I want to use to open it. I don’t have a program to open it.
I’m stuck. I’m hoping I didn’t delete my whole website already. Someone please help!!!

Why would my files be gone? I don’t understand.
Did I wait too long to migrate from the old control panel to the new one? I thought my site was archived. I unarchived it tonight.

Did you download the archive from the cPanel?
I’ve had a look at robintawwater.000webhostapp.com
There doesn’t appear to be any files hosted with us.
The migration window was a long time ago so it is possible your site missed the deadline.
Infinity - so, if it missed the deadline, does that mean was site was deleted rather than archived?!
Possibly, I just know there is no data available for the associated URL.
Users are always urged to keep backups.
