Cant put adsense ads on free plan

hi all,
I have tried to put adsense ads on a website on free plan but it doesnt display any of them. Also can I monetize website on free plan? Thank you

If your adsense application is approved by google and you have successfully placed that code on your website pages then their should not be any problem.
What’s your website url?

it’s an empty website only with adsense code

So google will not approve your adsense application.
You need high quality content on your website and after that apply to adsense and then their are chances that google will approve your application.

Thanks for your reply. Also in this adsense account I have already my youtube and blogger and thay have ads

But for website they have different code and they approve it manually according to their policy.
So it doesn’t matter if you have youtube or blogger ads enabled
