I recently tried to create an account and I was told that one exists for the email I provided. I have a vague memory of create and account in the distant past (2 years ago?). I tried to recovery the password but I’m not getting the recovery email message. I saw reports that there might have been problems with gmail accounts but I’m using juno.com. Might there be a similar problem with juno? If so is there an alternate way to recover the account or to delete the old account so I can start fresh?
