Hello, iv’e tried to reset my password multiple times with no success.
Please advice
If you try to reset your password and you do not get a password reset email - then the likelyhood is you are using the wrong email address - it doesn’t matter if you type mickey@mouse.com - it will still say an email has been sent for security purposes.
Or option 2, you had an account but it has been removed for inactivity - try signing up using the email again
