Can't seem to get my FTP (Cyberduck) to work

Hi,

I’ve entered the correct details in but I can’t seem to get mt FTP to work. I’m using Cyberduck. The error I am getting is “timed out”. I have used the 000webhost own file manager to upload some indexhibit files. My website is now a blank screen - which shows the files have been upload. I just need to get the FTP to work so I can edit the permissions and start editing my website.
