I am new here and 1st of all, I wanted to say thanks for this great website.
I started uploading files and my website is already accessible online but since yesterday I cannot upload files.
I tried through my FTP Client and through your file manager.
I am new at this and I did not find a way to check the number of files that I have uploaded, I am pretty sure that I don’t have 10000 files or even 6000 yet. I am not above the 1500Mb limit either. I also tried to remove files so that I would be sure to be able to upload new ones again but it did not work.
Could you help me to understand what is happening and solving the issue?

6000 files used (100%) - authorized: 6000 files
That’s the culprit. You can have a max of 6000 files in your account, and you reached that limit. To upload files you first need to delete old, obsolete ones.
Yes, I know it says that…
As I said before, I made a couple of tests because I think that there is another issue.
1st test: I tried to remove some files and to upload again -> does not work
2nd test: I made a backup on my computer and counted the numbers of files
-> it says 3,703 Files, 711 Folders
Is it possible that some hidden files are stored on the FTP and that I am not aware of?
In other words, I think that the effective limit is not like 6000 files but something like 4500 files because counts also some other files that I am not aware of.
What do you think?
