Cant use both ftp clients (filezilla and manager)

I cant make file or directory(with filezilla(pure ftp insecure) and file manager.
please help

Log in to the website 000webhost.com and under general settings you should see it

To use this option, please access it from 000webhost cPanel > Settings > General > Repair website
