Changed Theme and Wordpress Uninstalled

As the title implies. I was swapping over my website to a new theme through wordpress and when I went to load my webpage afterwards it showed as empty. I reloaded my dashboard in 000webhost and it was prompting me to install wordpress again…
Website was in its early stages so there are no exports but I’ve just lost a whole day of work and have to start again from scratch without any idea why it happened.

Has anyone else had this issue happen to them or any ideas how I can avoid that ever happening again??

It likely is just rate limiting when hourly limits are exceeded, the database is frozen and no data is at risk.
Simply wait it out, don’t try to reinstall and don’t try to fix anything just leave it to unfreeze
