Claim unused sleeping website (that I created)

Hello,

I created a website with the domain http://happyllama25.000webhostapp.com/ a while ago, then lost access and posted here on this forum, to which @Infinity responded that the website was deleted, now when I go to the domain it shows that its “sleeping” and I cannot claim the domain from a new account… how could I re-claim the website as my own and use it?

I’ve double checked and I can see the site is still deleted.
The sleeping page can appear in place of deletion pages sometimes.
Deleted subdomains cannot be reused, you’ll need to use alternative naming.
