How to quit Cloudflare? It’s possible for him to fall down my site.
At this moment it works well, then boom … it stops for a while and so on.

Hi @Andreea!
Cloudflare rarely fails (I am sure they have backup servers for dark times). I suggest you to keep it. It will also speed-up your website as it minimize the mixed content if possible
