CNAME pointing does not work

Hello,
I am trying to redirect my website “theubus” to the domain theubusu(dot)tech.

I set my CNAME records in Cloudflare and I see “There is no such website, This domain is ready to be registered” when I enter the website, so it seems like it’s set correctly.

However, in the panel it says this.

I have tried using DNS only in Cloudflare (gray cloud) but it didn’t work.
I know there are many threads about this, but none of them seem to have a working solution.
I cannot use nameservers.
