Company email not receiving emails from servers

My company email accounts are unable to receive/send emails. A quick check on who.is found that 000webhost is managing my domain’s nameservers.
NS01.000WEBHOST.COM
NS02.000WEBHOST.COM

I have been getting this response (DNS Error: 15168594 DNS type ‘mx’ lookup of xxxxxx.com.sg responded with code SERVFAIL.

Is there anyone I can contact from 000webhost to solve this issue for me? I am able to provide my company’s domain name exactly if needed.

You’d be best moving to ImprovMX or your domain registrar email services, the free forwarders are unreliable at best due to abusive users and blacklisting.

Thanks for your swift reply. However, my domain registrar ‘ipmirror’ claims they do not have access to my ‘mx’ records to point it to my gsuite provider

If you’re currently pointing your domain to us you will need to revert to their nameservers to allow you to set the MX record at their end
