Connection Fail (Log in details are not correct)

Hello,

I can’t upload anything it is asking for website name and password I am putting both of them and It says Log in details are not correct.
( “FTP” option is activate in General, I have try to Repair my siteweb… )

And, with Filezilla is not working…

I have refreshed the FTP connection for your sites. Please try connecting again.

If you’re receiving “Incorrect username or password” error, please update your password from cPanel > website’s general settings.
