Hi,
I’d like to know how to fix this error:
connection_failed:ProxySQL Error: Access denied for user ‘root’@‘2a02:4780:bad:f00d::16’ (using password: NO)

and

This page isn’t working

delosovetclinic.000webhostapp.com is currently unable to handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 500

Every time I tried adding some info those errors would come up.

Would greatly appreciate your help.

Use the correct details from your managed database page
The username won’t be root on its own it’ll be like id123456_root.
Check your manage database page for the full information.

500 generally indicates a coding error or something in .htaccess is breaking the script, delete .htaccess file to see if that resolves
Then if not use debugging
