i just joined today. i want to install Elementor to my wordpress dashboard so i can start designing and this message popped up “To perform the requested action, WordPress needs to access your web server. Please enter your FTP credentials to proceed. If you do not remember your credentials, you should contact your web host”. am asked to provide Hostname, what am i to do?
Use the FTP details provided by us in the panel
Files.000webhost.com being hostname
Username is the part before 000webhostapp in your URL
Password can be changed via general settings on our panel

Does the directory exist?
