Automatic backups and backup servers are available only on certain paid plans.
You can manually backup your site by zipping it from File Manager and/or exporting the database from Database Manager > phpMyAdmin > Export
Excuse my cluelessness but I can’t figure out hot to zip the files from the file manager
Make a new folder and move all your website files in that filder after that Follow this tutorial How to unzip files using unzipper to upload unzipper files on your website and after that open that file from your website and go to its second option zip archive and enter the new folder name you just created to store all files and it will create a zip archive of all your data.
