I am creating a new page, I observed that the microsoft icons or the ribbon which displays when we click visual is not displaying except that one you see on the scanned page that is displaying. I click both the text and visual bottons, yet not showing. What i mean is that those microsoft word features such used when typing are not showing.How can i recover them back?

I’m not sure I understand the question fully, if it is related to a Microsoft product you’d be better off on their forums.
The Microsoft Word features are for Microsoft Word. Maybe if you used the Microsoft Edge browser, there would be more features, but that stuff should only be in Word. The only stuff that should pop up is autocorrect and add to dictionary. For example, when I type “yeet”, I get "yet, yest, meet, add to dictionary, and then two other things (Suggest to Google, search for yeet) that are Google Chrome features.
