Is it possible to setup a custom domain with a WP site that is hosted on 000webhost’s free hosting plan?
Also does this load time for this site seem correct for the free hosting? Or are there other issues (plugins etc) that might be making it slow?; https://cashmerestudio.000webhostapp.com/

Your website is just loading fine without any speed issues.
Try clearing your browser’s cache and try again.
