Dashboard disapearance after deleting w3totalcache (error 404)

I was getting problems with w3 total cache plugin. So I went ahead and deleted its folder from WP-content using ftp. Now I can not even login to my dashboard any more. I get the following error:

"404. That’s an error.

The requested URL was not found on this server."

How can I fix this problem?

Please go to your file manager and delete the .htaccess file

After deleting .htaccess file problem remains sa!e

Delete its folder too, wp-content>plugins> Delete the cache one.
