Database connection error (2): Could not connect to MySQL and couldnt connect to file manager

Hello I have problem when I enter to the site gives an error message “Database connection error (2): Could not connect to MySQL.Database connection error (2): Could not connect to MySQL.” I Didnt change anything in configuration.php , when i want open it , i cant becouse I have errors that my password or login wrong. My site confort . md

database works but file manager doesnt

Sadly the DB on my site and a few others doesn’t seem to be working still, I did load of my site for one minute before the DB went down again so it looks like they’re in the process of fixing it!

Just worked for me i guess its an on and off issue.
