I’ve used the “create database” button in the database manager of 000webhost, and then I go in phpmyadmin and discovered that my database wasn’t created !
I don’t know what to do…

I see no log about creating any database within 30 days for your account. And database creation is working ok on our side.
Please try to create the database again. If the issue persists, please post screenshots with it.
