Domain Change Problem

Hello Everyone.
I am new to Wordpress and these web hosting stuff so apologies if I say something wrong or dumb.

Anyways, I am having an issue regarding Domain name.

I made an account here on 000webhost a month ago and installed WordPress on it.
installed 10,15 plugins, theme customization etc. the basic stuff.
This was the URL.
https:// jamleo21juda. 000webhostapp. com/
(Remove the spaces)
Now yesterday I made a blunder. I was in the settings menu and I thought I should change the Wordpress URL and Site URL so I changed it to this.


because it was related to what my blog might be about.

But the blunder was that this address is already allocated to someone else. I mean this is already a blog of someone as you can check.

So what am I supposed to do now? the older URL now redirects me to the newer one and I can’t even access its admin page. its says 404 error.

Any Suggestions? And Kindly guide in simple words. I am new so I might not know some terminologies.

I just did what you said in that post and now i am getting this error.
“Error establishing a database connection”

what do I do now?

Ensure the wp-config.php values match that of Manage Database on 000webhost.com

Copy the password from wp-config.php and use the Change Password option on 000webhost.com under Databases to update this to the database password.

Where do I access wp-config.php from? :frowning:

Open File manager, from there you’ll be able to access “wp-config.php” :wink:
